I came across this today as it's a race I'm taking part in and thought it looked nice and was a nice idea too

Countdown to next race

and thought it may be another way to help promote our racing club events?

Does seem a nice idea, not sure about how it actually looks but i assume you can choose back grounds and fonts etc for the layout.

I didn't look too deeply into it but from what I did see it looked like you could do all that stuff yes.

Does look nice. I need to find one that works well with Joomla which is the platform this site runs on. I've had a little look but anything that may work well costs money.

Maybe the site could do with a calendar again but last time we had one either it wasn't being used correctly or members never used it. :pinch:

the calendar was a practical feature that didn't appear practical to use, lots of small writing fussy i would call it, also it was nothing to look at and no bugger ever referred to it as you say, so i see no point for a calendar but a countdown clock could be a fun change. :)
